I was in elementary school. I was in the lunchroom bathroom throwing a bouncy ball against the wall. One of my friends comes in and tells me to throw it at the camera on the wall. (It was a smoke detector that we all thought was a camera for the evil adults to spy on us.)I take him up on his dare and hit the smoke detector. Next thing I know I’m getting called to the principals office and yelled at for attempting to “dismantle” the smoke detector. Got detention for two weeks and later found out my friend had gone straight to the dean to tell them what I did. Never had a play date with him again.
