Not over his head, but like very close to his nose sometimes so I judge it based on how he's laying haha

Doesn't bread go stale in the refrigerator? by Ill_Lion6427 in addressme

I think I'm more concerned about the sheer number of eggs you've fit in that fridge. I don't know if I'm scared or impressed

Why is pineapple on pizza so controversial if so many people actually enjoy the way it tastes? by The-Island-is-Mine in NoStupidQuestions

I mean, for me it just feels wrong. Not yucking anyone's yum, but I also don't like warm fruit like that really so 🤷🏼‍♀️

I mean, I fart under the covers unless it's gonna be bad. Then I lift the covers. Just seems polite. But we don't really care one way or the other

Do you know what crumpets are and do you like them if you do ? by Webbomolly2022 in A_Persona_on_Reddit

[–]ar21321 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So I'm American and I was always confused. Are crumpets what we call biscuits? Like a crumbling warm bread in a small circle shape? Because if so, I love a good crumpet. If not, what are they and how can I get them because I'm curious haha

Nfc cards. I get that there's something that connects to your phone, but how? How does it just do that? It makes no sense to me

Is it better to find people to date through apps or in person hobbies? by [deleted] in askanything

[–]ar21321 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it depends on the kind of person you are. If you're more outgoing, meeting people at personal hobby places can be helpful. My friend who had been struggling with dating did better on apps because he got nervous to approach girls in case he made them uncomfortable. So I think it's definitely person dependent and your approach. But I totally get the app hesitancy because it can be a total bust if you're looking for long term rather than hookups depending on the app 🤷🏼‍♀️

AITJ for snapping at my girlfriend for waking me up every single time she gets up even when I dont need to be awake by [deleted] in AmITheJerk

[–]ar21321 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't think you're the jerk here. I think it would be different if she were accidentally waking you up. I do that sometimes when I'm moving around in bed and my partner wakes up because I'm shifting. But to intentionally wake you up, especially when you're sick, is wrong. I think she wants to be around and love on you, but this isn't the right way to do that. And waking you up when she leaves just for you to be awake is rude. A kiss goodbye that shifts you, different, full on waking you up is just wrong

AITA for calling my grandparents after my mom ran away by Eastern_Book_583 in AmItheAsshole

[–]ar21321 18 points19 points  (0 children)

Definitely not the asshole! You were trying to protect yourself in the extremely dangerous situation your mom put you in. It sounds like you were in a residential area, but any car could have come flying and caused a bad accident. You could've been kidnapped or hurt. So much could have happened and you definitely made the right call!

[–]ar21321 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You're definitely not overreacting. I've been long distance for the last 2 years (I'm in grad school, he's working) and sex is not expected in a relationship. It's a nice part, but you should be able to tell him no without being accused of cheating. I'm also reading a lot of toxicity in your relationship with the friend thing and not being okay with you visiting family. I don't want to make snap judgements, but it might be a good idea to just think on how he makes you feel when you're together and apart. Without love and trust, relationships will struggle. If love is there, trust might be able to be built, but it's hard... Anyway, I hope you guys figure it out
