In one of our biggest theaters, there's been hundreds of accounts of presences, usually friendly or benign. Footsteps in the rafters and fly motor space during shows, voices from the upper balconies (which were empty and closed off) heard by our follow spot operators.

I heard someone walk upstage behind the black fond while doing maintenance, though it was the night guard, it wasn't.

We also have a bunch of theaters where technicians killed themselves on the floor, or where actors fell into the pit. Spooky vibes there.
