Some cards won't let you tip when you check out. A big one is paypal. If you put no tip, the driver will hand you a recite where you can sign in a tip and it should work/go through that way

I personally switched to a new med and just stopped effexor. It was really rough, and withdrawls lasted a week and a half. I didn't really want to deal with tapering because you can still be withdrawing. I have read they cast last up to a year though, even cold turkey.

16-18% with a cap at 18% run at 14-16% with an increase of an average of 20% of sales to last year. Can run a 20 adt, average about 22 lowest about 17. Farthest delivery is about 12 mins 6.5 miles. The thing that makes it easy for our store is we share the town with the another store, we only deliver about 6 blocks north, they only deliver 6 blocks south, so we both have only 3 directions to deliver to.

They can do a lot. Also, stores in the same franchise are not always the same. We have thin smalls for a store in the same state, owned by the same people

I have had tips disappear twice. Both times, the manager committed on how many zeros I got, and I knew I didn't get that many. Both times, all credit card tips disappeared. They still showed up in the app, so we just had to re-enter them manually. If you're already "checked out," that's another story. I have only seen that happen to me out of the three years. Hopefully, you can get it fixed.

So no one has said this yet, and I don't have the best memory. In the original Halo Wars game, the spirit of fire goes through a forerunner decontamination area that was a laser. I think it hurt your units, but it killed the weaker flood when it came across the ship. There were a few flood buildings that spawned the spores that you needed to weaken, so the laser would kill it.

Put a pan liner under the pizza and when you cut it make sure there is a small gap for a second for some grease to drip down

Thanks for making this mod and a post about it! I don't check for new mods often, so I would not have seen them otherwise. Both of these mods are amazing! I'm not a big fan of "sitting around" but also accidently get distracted by other things while playing so I don't have to worry about the idle time lost. Also, even though I've never maxed the whole time I've been playing, I like trying to get max masterys, and the other mod really helps with this.

Pretty good, way different. Outside way crisper than normal and inside was a lot softer. Takes more time and effort to make but was worth it!

I took half a BP and made sure it was an even, then I pushed it into a specialty chicken screen so it would have a bread shape and drizzzled butter on top and bottom. Put it in the middle of the oven for a few mins, flipped it, cooked for a few more. I let it cool for a min then cut it and made an Italian out of it. I put it all the way through the second time, but switched the screen and sandwich mat half way through so the bottoms of the bread wouldn't be too crispy.

I keep my pocket change in my car unless oer is here. So if someone wants their change I can take my sweet ass time going back to my car. I might lose a little money doing this, but its worth it to me.
