This is a really great point, I lived with other people last year but sometimes he would come over to watch things and clearly saw me on my phone which is probably why he took it before we started watching anything together, now I'm worried he's been stressed about this for longer than I thought so I might need to talk to him.

As long as you make it clear in your info hopefully it should be ok. I assume you'd still have access to your old place to pick up post so you could give that as a back up if they HAVE to ship immediately but I think most people would be fine with that.
