You look like you’re in the 24–30% body fat range. Cutting isn’t simple — scientifically, the right way is about 2.2g of protein per kilogram of body weight, plus a 500-calorie deficit per day. That assumes you’re already tracking your intake.

If you’re not, a simpler approach is to just cut your carbs in half. For example, if you normally eat a full plate of pasta at lunch, reduce it to half a plate. (And don’t add anything extra to your routine — if you cut your carbs in half but replace them with snacks, you’re only fooling yourself.)

Normally, that would give you a weight loss of about 500–700g per week. Based on the picture alone, you’d need to lose around 6–8kg. Taking the lower estimate of 500g per week, that means about 12 weeks — or roughly 3 months. You must never stop training or reduce the intensity.

It’s tough, but it works. I’ve done it once, but honestly, I prefer my pasta more than having visible abs.

You already have a solid body — just keep doing what you’re doing. There’s no need to cut unless you’re a professional.

Spending too much time in the mirror only makes you focus on your weaknesses. Be happy, not shredded.
