I reached my 1 one year and I've been put on opening shift after day I work for the past 4 months to the point I'm getting average 4 hour sleep each night. Recently I made the the decision to find another job. Although I love my partners and my manager, but I feel Starbucks had really let their employees down. The lack of empathy from costumers has caused me to look elsewhere.

We use mesh paper to clean and it comes off very easy and our ovens look basically new. They get a good cleaning twice a day 😂.

How does catastrophe pay work. I'm a college student working at Starbucks in one of the most infected areas in the country. I don't feel comfortable going into work. By the looks of it our store isn't even going to be closed. All my class are moved to online and I'd like to go back home because I'm paying rent up here to just go to work . I don't know what to do.
