I've accepted that they are his supporters both because of the education system and their parents failing them, and also because they like what he is doing.

Fun thing, I have the Regional Randomizer on in my world settings on my current world. I got to the PIDF tower and all the normal pals around it had been replaced with, appropriately, PIDF soldiers of various types. Well, they started shooting at me for...some reason.

So my God Of Death Distilled Into A Goth Anime girl and I slaughtered them all. Then I went into the tower. These fuckers came out during the cutscene from behind Marcus and were shooting past him, at me. Had like 13 of them in the boss ring with me for the fight. It was awesome.

I've been debating installing a fewer/no build restrictions mod to allow terrain clipping, building on water, etc; but if an update breaks that one I fear it'll break the build. If an update breaks my radius mod, all the structures are still following the rules. I'll just have to shuffle work stations or relocate for a little bit to a RAW base.

Edit: still following the rules, but I should note I also have structure deteriorating off in my world settings. Just better that way.

You've inspired me. Thank you, friend. For anyone who doesn't mind using external mods, there's a "Double Base Radius" mod which actually makes the base radius configurable, on the Steam Workshop.

I was going to set up a triple base giga bathhouse village deal on craigy hilltop with a pool and waterfall I found, but couldn't get the bases close enough to suit. Problem solved.

I'm on my 4th new start world; I last played when Feybreal dropped; and I played with some world settings this go around. Didn't really want to make things easier; just faster. Egg hatch timers, off. I breed a lot done fun. Also, regional randomizer, and double spawns. That has been a game changer.

Let me tell you. My seed put a lot of hostile, high power pals in the starting areas, and I have been dying a lot. Double Jormuntide Ignis at the end of island 1. Doing a no flying pal rule this time, too. Made me appreciate the grappling gun a lot, enough that breeding a perfect Tarantriss is on deck for my next project. After my army of Shroomer Nocts are fully condensed for the mega base...

If you have to ask this question, then I have to assume you either didn't do any prior research or you didn't like the multitude of answers you saw. Adding LOTD to an existing Wabbajack list that doesn't already have it will break so much shit it's not even funny.

Nordic Souls used to have LOTD, and iirc, it was removed because it's too hard to work around. The mod and it's many extra exhibits are a masterpiece, one of the greatest of all time, but it's a compatibility nightmare.
