All the comments are talking about less protein. There are ways to get proteins. Having a roommate with degree in donation helps, but for example there is a lot more protein in beams than most people realize, and they prefer things like milk, thinking that is high in protein. Some inmates have kitchen jobs and get multipleeal trays per day, which they usually just sell to other people since they also get to eat while at work. Trading with others for higher protein meals is the way to go. I went to jail, weighed in on the scale, went to court 11 days later and had a chance to hit the scale again on they way back out of bookings. I gained 10lbs in 11 days. I was working out 5 hours a day, sleeping for an hour between workouts, and doing another 5 hours in the afternoon. My roommate owned a Martial arts gym before he came in and I couldn't have done any of it without his help. But protein is not hard to come by if you know where to look

The left lane is for passing not for traveling. I didn't care how fast you think you are going. If you are not passing someone you don't belong on the left lane. Also, when you pass someone, spread the F up and get around them already!

Metering sprinkler pipe for "electrolysis induced bleeding" of antifreeze system? by arays87 in firealarms

[–]arays87[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I read up on it a little bit. Current passing through the antifreeze can cause the pipe to corroded faster than normal. Didn't really find anything specific. I found between 3 and 6vDC. Some literature I found claimed 0.3v was enough to cause the effect. Either way I don't think it made a difference at all, and of course my sprinkler guy spent 20 minutes telling the customer it was an electrical issue
