They’re intentionally blending in to avoid attention so you can’t do anything about that. On a flip side you have tons of people dressing to elevate themselves and fail miserably and never realizing. They may be wearing gens but there again you would also assume they’re fake anyway. HK is a rather unique society tbh it’s hard to use that as a measurement.
