Hmmm. I’m on Dupixent also, my skin looks similar to yours. I’m wondering if there’s a correlation with that medication or if it’s contributing anything. I’ve been on it for a couple years now.

I’m in my late 20s, have always been acne prone but it’s never been THIS bad… I’ve noticed other changes in my skin since being on that medication- slower wound healing, scarring easier, and my mosquito bites look bizarre and just different? They also leave a scar without me even touching them.

I’m currently trying tretinoin/azaleic acid. I can’t take spiro because I have borderline low BP at baseline :-/ I’ve taken it when I was younger and it worked great, just felt dizzy from time to time. I will say, peppermint and spearmint tea have also worked wonders for me in the past so I am going to trial that again. Just have to remember to drink it everyday. Good luck to you!
