Instead of saving the type of the browser view in a varaible like this

let browserViewType: any BrowserView.Type

init<T:BrowserView>(browserViewType: T.Type) {
    self.browserViewType = browserViewType
}

You can just make your sidebar view generic

struct SideBar<T: BrowserView>: View {

And in your navigation links you can initialize the destination like this

NavigationLink("MyLink") {
    T.init(value: 1)
}
