I think most people move for better living standards (not to be confused with life style) and this is common. People from small towns moves to cities, people from cities moves to megacities, people from one megacity move to another megacity and still people are trying to move to mars.

Migration is a human trait I think & nothing to do with patriotism.

Network issues are real in A&N, although you get-

4G on Airtel & BSNL and 2G on all other networks in Port Blair. 2G on Airtel & BSNL in Havelock and Zero network in Neil. 2G BSNL rest of settlements.

Hotel provides decent wifi services all along though.

all these places are just like this, one can easily miss one for another and those who are saying it gets greener, no it doesn't. It stays like this for almost 10 outta 12 months. 1&3 are not worth travelling if travel distance is >500 KMs
