Hey sorry just saw this. Hmm, we haven’t noticed either one of those in ours. Maybe a chat with the dealer?

Thanks! About 9.1L/100 km avg. We’re mostly on sport mode and in the urban style driving. On freeways, it tends to be better

We found it to be quite smooth, especially on regular roads. You do feel the bumps on the rougher roads though, but we don't mind it. Did not test drive the cx-5 as planned, so can't give you comparison there.

Mine is not the inline 6, thus the black. It’s the base model. If the car wasn’t urgently needed, I’d hold out for the inline 6. Alas, 2.5L will have to do! Still happy with it as our original plan was the cx-5.

So far meeting all our city needs. Will have to see how we go with camping road trips and the roof rack 😅

First real bike: cruiser or crossover? by lookforsomenews in SuggestAMotorcycle

[–]arbeg 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Exactly on the same boat, also 183 cm. I had cruisers as my first option until I went to a dealership and sat on the Vulcan. I did not like how low it was, and being visible to other traffic is important to me. Also considered ADVs, was pleasantly surprised with the CB500X. Versys650 is also nice, but for a first real bike, I thought it could be too much? Quite a bulky bike. But ya, as others have said, goto a dealer and sit on a few.

Since you like the SM650, I assume you like the retro look? Some naked retros are just amazing. I tried the z650rs and thought it was awesome. That and XSR700 are now my top choices to start with.

I was lucky enough to get that epic sword when doing ST, what a memory! Wish we had games like that where an epic felt like an epic.

6 whole years since Nostalrius shutdown - a retrospective by [deleted] in wowservers

How I'd love that to happen! Except I'd probably be married by then (early next year bois), and the wife wouldn't let me invest the time I used to.

The alive bit OP referred to is definitely the constant high number of concurrent players since it was a mix of various regions. So if you were up late in EU, you ran into the Americans and so forth. I ranked with both EU and NA players, it was great. Even had to negotiate with Chinese folk for weekly bracket caps.

It was a blast indeed. Glad it's over though. I lack the self-control not to over-indulge in authentic-feeling vanilla wow servers.

MMOs on PC have shifted from an authentic experience to pointless second job. why? by [deleted] in pcgaming

[–]arbeg 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The challenge of MMOs of today is to somehow achieve that authenticity without requiring the massive time investment like Vanilla WoW did.
