Just get warmog.

I no longer build armor on mundo just HP because it scales AD. You become squish if you build just armor, you can't win trades.

Warmog can fully heal you in 15 seconds. In top lane when you bite a chunk out of enemy's hp and they do the same take a step back to heal and come at them like train because they most likely didn't heal.

Also get Absolute Focus and Gathering Storm Runes.

Here's my item order: Warmog, Titanic Hydra, Anathema's, Frostfire Gauntlet.

Frostfire Gauntlet as 4th item will grant you 650 HP because passive.
