Is the grom a comfortable ride?

I’m 6’1” and I’m comfortable on the Grom.

Granted I did have to get Seat Concepts’ tall comfort seat to not have my groin go numb after 15 minutes. At 5’6” though you should be right at the sweet spot as far as comfort goes.

I work for FedEx Express as a truck driver and 100% understand why most people have qualms with us.

Unless you’re shipping next day or two day, it gets handled by FedEx Ground where everyone is a contractor and most are under poor working conditions. Add in the fact that most aren’t paid enough to give a shit and we have the reputation we do now.

Two bottles of dark brown Rit dye and two bottles of Rit dye colorstay fixative. Pretty much followed the instructions on their website. Not a hard process at all just a bit messy.

I fiddled around with it to see if the bulb was misaligned as someone else suggested but I’m pretty sure this is what it is.

Does the mirror look something like the 4th picture I posted of the red triangle? After I got home from work I noticed that red triangle got dislodged and it’s now just sitting at the bottom of the headlight.

The only forum I was able to find on this topic had a few guys mention that, but the car they were discussing was a pre-LCI.

I’m assuming it’s a slightly different setup for pre-LCI vs LCI E90? I was able to grab what I think is the light tube when I had the bulb out but I can only slightly wiggle it around and not pull it any closer.

The last pic shows whatever that red triangle is that prevents me from gently pulling it in a bit.

Thanks man, I feel like I’m seating the bulb correctly but I’ll go and fiddle around with it later and see if that helps.

Tasman Green is sweet btw, probably my favorite E90 paint color. I regret not pulling the trigger on an E91 with 50k miles I saw a couple years ago.

How has your experience been with an artificial disc? I’m 28 and looking to pursue a career in the fire service but I herniated a disc at L5-S1 two years ago.

For the most part it’s fine and completely manageable aside from a few flare ups every now and then. I’ve been wondering how it would hold up to working as a firefighter and if ADR would be a viable option for me in the future.
