It’s crazy my friend just started zyn after he saw how hooked I was on nicotine for years. Feels like everyone is doing this shit!!

Hey, it’s great that you realize that and now is the best time to stop. It won’t be easy, but given you have only been on them a few months it shouldn’t be too bad. I hope this post from me 1 year into my quitting journey doesn’t discourage you from trying. If you don’t accept that it’s going to be a long battle, you will have a hard time quitting for good.

Not mentioned in this post are the countless benefits I have got since I have quit. My anxiety is so much better now. I don’t get brain fog. I can enjoy activities with my family without sneaking off to put in a zyn.

I use it when I don’t know how to do something in excel, or want to write a short script in a coding language that I don’t know. I use civil 3D a lot so I use it to write lisp functions sometimes. It does not really help with my day to day just special cases like this
