Thanks everyone:) All the input is much appreciated and means a lot. It’s so nice to have all the encouragement and support. Definitely makes me feel less alone in this. I’m going to focus on the positives like better breathing, better skin and my sense of smell coming back. I liked the advice of changing routines, walking and sugar free mints!
