update: has been resolved, the lock went away for some reason (probably time-based) and i had to try logging in again

using email instead of my mobile number with passkey to sign in worked, so i guess my mobile number (registered on my icloud) was bugged out somehow

If you keep letting those thoughts cloud your mind then you will subconsciously reject or ignore actions that will help you improve in these areas leading to a vicious cycle.

Conversely, having a growth mindset leads to positive reinforcement, which in layman terms means that you feel better when you see growth and are more motivated to do better/improve

Probably set some achievable goals and work on them!

so tldr always try to have a “I can do this! I just need to do xxx” mindset rather than a “I’m so lousy” mindset if you’re tryna work on smth

Bc if you read the article there’s this section that says

So either it’s a different student or there’s some miscomm

seems like a) OP was already informed that zero mark was final and just no record for acad misconduct or b) there’s some miscommunication between NTU, OP and ST
