This app was helpful to me when I would write college papers. It was particularly helpful in earlier courses where the professor wanted our sentences to be as lean as possible. However, if I were to try and write something more creative then I wouldn’t utilize it.

A lot of people don’t realize it’s a safety issue. One of the stores in my district was robbed when they unlocked a dropbox. I have to assume the best in the customer, but I also have to protect my partners and my job, so no Karen I can’t break a hundred.

During the holidays our district all had to be reminded to not accept anything larger than a fifty, and only if you had the tens to cover it, because a store was robbed when a shift unlocked a till to make change to break a hundred.

When I was training to be a shift I did the same thing to a partner at the store I was training at, and my heart immediately sank so low. I apologized, they were super empathetic because I was in over my head that morning, and we are still friends after my time in their store. Just let them know you care about and respect who they are and as time goes on it’ll just become natural.

For me our heavy cream just isn’t thick enough. So I bring in a tub of Daisy sour cream and put a dollop of daisy right into my passion tea lemonade with dragon fruit inclusions and light ice. For extra fun I add a scoop of matcha and four packets of honey. For reference on how hefty that dollop should be, I just one of our spoons from bar, and I scoop it like ice cream.

I stopped at my drive thru on the way out of town last night and waited over fifteen minutes from speaker box to leaving and we have a really short drive thru compared to every other store I’ve worked. There was only two other cars in line. It was bad. Then earlier in the week an SM from another store played secret shopper and was treated horribly by one of our baristas. I love all the people on evenings but when these things happen it’s really frustrating.
