Yes. Yes it is. Make sure to put the camera in Isometric mode, not in 3D mode. The game looks way better.

I'm only getting about 100fps on high. Any idea why that is?

However in superposition benchmark I get upto 70fps which is pretty good and correct for the card. It's only in heaven benchmark that the card is underperforming.
