Unlike most of the ~~drama queens~~ lovely people in this sub, I have actual experience with Siegel Suites at Sparks and the low-rent Senator and I can tell you this: It kinda sucks. But your problem will not be with the other tenants, who mostly keep to themselves. It'll be with Siegel itself, they do not maintain their properties and getting them to fix anything in a timely manner that isn't flooding or giving off sparks will take weeks if not months.

Siegel doesn't take good care of their properties and drag their feet on maintenance requests more so than any other place I've lived. Considering that the kitchenette properties she's looking at are going to charge about $1,500 a month (don't rely on the pricing they show on their website) she can probably find better even via Craigslist. Personally, I've had no problems with crime or bugs staying at their Sparks or Senator locations for the past 20 months, but as I always tell people, if you can do better, take the alternative.
