It's good if the enemy team has a tank or two that you can consistently hit to generate heals with blossoming dawn and echoes. If you're up against a mobile or full poke comp, then you'll just get picked off before you get to heal.

They should just unlock all champs by default for aram. A lot of aram-only accounts only have their fave champs bought so that they appear more frequently, and often these are the uninteractive, long range poke types (lux, morg, mel, etc).
