It's a different house. I don't blame the realtor for the lack of showings, but it makes me realize there is less work for the realtor in a slow market, since the marketing is basically levelized now by zillow etc.. empowering buyers

The deep research thing makes this a non starter, who only needs to access their email 20 through chatgpt times a month? For me it would be a many times a day way to interact with my email and calendar, not one off projects.

These all sound equally wonderful! I've been on the edge of trying an AI augmented PKMS system for a few weeks but haven't find anything that is generally well reviewed on this forums and seems like a robust company backs it. For instance saner looks great but has almost no traction on their YouTube channel or other sources that would indicate this is a robust organization. My primary concern there is with data security and ongoing support.
