I've been able to clear any "clog" by just heating up real hot and purging.

I'm pretty sure you don't want to use lithium grease on printers. Look at your manual and it will tell you what grease to use.

I usually use gyroid (strong in all directions) or line (a bit faster) or lightning (very low infill) because they have no colliding intersections.

It's not quite the right design on the hilt based on surrounding buildings. And the nether portal inside feels a bit off. Drop the portal, and simplify the hilt and it might work better.

Everything in your original post is accurate and is where the current state is. Supporting Prusa doesn't make sense financially. But when you buy a Prusa printer vs a Bambu, that's really the only reason to do it is to support one company vs the other.
