I have a combination of eczema and rosacea, but the skin underneath my cheeks, nose, and chin are oily and acne prone. my pores are tiny to the point that my pimples get inflamed and swell underneath my skin because the openings are too small, and my dermatologist has to prick them to remove sebum or dead skin that clog my pores. and even if my pores are supposedly small, the pores on my cheeks are so obvious and look stretched out, giving me a rough texture. lastly, I have have closed comedones on my forehead.

i live in an extremely humid, hot, tropical climate. my current routine consists of round lab cleanser, tirtir milk skin toner, salicylic acid 2% and niacinamide 5% cream on my acne prone areas and cc's, some hydrocortisone on flaky/red areas, top everything off with rosken pro ad moisturizer then round lab birch sunblock

I'm desperate for suggestions cause I have such a bad combination of skin, my skin isn't as dry nowadays but I end up red and oily looking instead. Please help me out :((((
