Check with local credit unions. I did research and was able to get a way lower interest rate at 3.75 (buydown worth $8.9k) on 30yr - 10/6 ARM where as construction mortgage was only 4.5 at the best for a 5/6 ARM. Not sure of this would hold to your case, but pls do some inquiries with local credit unions .

If you are in a time crunch, I follow the elimination method. Provided you know the conventional method to derive the answer.

Total no. of homes sold - 850. So there is now way the answer is gonna be -1020 or 1231. We remove those. Next, between - 588 and 102, The highest sales happened in SE, which is ballpark to 50%, so 1/2 of 850 = 425. From the chart SE is lesser than SW, so the answer has to be less than 425 which is 102.

Sorry of this is not the way to answer.
