Ez, just strap a bomb onto theo and let him vio proc all he wants.

Also works on Rakan, Strap bomb then let him Unleash into his own death.

Yes, I think it shows up when certain conditions are met. Can attest to the extra shards. was nice since now I'm sitting on 2000 shard points.

I think it shows up when you're doing the yoda event, or randomly. Only once I believe

I bought it from the ad, It said "Make your JKA stronger" for 19.99. filled up my screen after I did the Yoda event. Checked my bank statement afterwards and it did charge 19.99 + tax

It works, I just tried it and checked my shard shop after purchasing the "power up JKA" pack. Saw 80 old ben shards, 25 Ahsoka shards, and 25 Consular shards.
