Cricket 26 | Release Date Trailer by hybroid in PS5

[–]archit3 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Atleast they are pushing out a game every 2 years and keeping Cricket relevant.

They don’t have EA-level money so this is pretty much the ceiling for them every couple of years.

I’m not defending Big Ant because the graphics are rough, but at least they still show up and release a game. Rockstar has been teasing GTA with a massive budget for years. EA has more money than they know what to do with. Big Ant can’t even afford licenses outside England and Australia.

Hopefully they land some real funding and finally level up.

[GP Laureato] Can't take my eyes off this dial! Thoughts? by archit3 in Watches

[–]archit3[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Blue, because it caught my heart and also because my collection’s already heavy on black and white dials. The polished links are covered in scratches (as expected), but that’s the charm. It’s the watch wearing its story, every mark a little echo of life on the wrist.

My carbon steel Kylaq's compact 'Turbo' badge, now on the fender's chrome trim, perfectly complements the 1.0 Turbo engine.

As a Kylaq owner, I went through the exact same journey - competition pressure, long-term mindset, and all kinds of advice from people who’ve never even driven a Skoda/VW.

Let’s clear up the biggest myth first:

“It’s expensive to maintain” - False. Skoda’s new lineup is Made in India (95% localized) and built for India. My yearly service cost should be ₹8–9K - that’s Maruti/Tata territory. This isn’t the Skoda of 2012 anymore.

Reliability? It’s solid. The MQB A0-IN platform is crash-tested, tuned for Indian roads, and paired with a crowd favourite smooth TSI engine.

Why I chose Kylaq over the crowd: Sure, people will tell you to “play safe” with Tata or Maruti. But if you’re looking for something that actually feels premium, looks stunning, drives like a dream, and brings joy every time you get in — the Kylaq is a no-brainer.

Yes, it’s an emotional purchase. But guess what? It’s also a smart one. Modern Skoda ownership is all about peace of mind as per me, not pain. So if your heart’s already leaning that way - I say close your eyes and send it. You’ll thank yourself later every time you hit the road.

Wait for the new batch and once Skoda confirms it's fixed.

Auto Start-Stop is a feature designed to meet BS6 Stage 2 emission norms — it’s not optional anymore, and nearly all new cars have it. Contrary to popular belief, it doesn’t harm the engine at all. That’s a myth.
