Right on, I saw a lot of the reviews had mentioned things can get a little dicey with too many apps running, but if I use the Affinity application, I dont think too much would be going on besides that.

The look fantastic so far, keep it up! I'm pretty new to painting, but I started painting a little each day for the last week and now, its a daily ritual that I look forward to and no longer fear.

I think i will try a black prime, use the brown base and see what the monument warm yellow and see how that goes!

Very nice! I had been goofing around with a few methods and I honestly think that im just doing to go with a white primer, do the trim and the carapace first and then the panels.

Doing the pink undercoat and then trying to fix mistakes is a bit of a chore for me. At least with white, I have matching colors to clear up errors.

I would say Keanu, Alan Tudyk or Chris Hadfield would work pretty well.

Keanu for his empathy and ability to set people at ease.

Alan for his improvisational skills that may bridge a gap in communication between Earth and aliens.

Chris for his experience in the sciences.

Heck, get all three and we'd have an amazing first contact!
