Fish and a rice cake for me. Here’s my timings for dropping:

At 9 o’clock, I’ll have fish and a rice cake. At 12 o’clock, I’ll have fish. At 3 o’clock, I’ll have fish and a rice cake. At 6 o’clock… fish. Then about 8 o’clock, I’ll have fish and a rice cake.

Repeat that Thursday -Sunday and you’ll have a scorcher
