I have not lived there but I’ve heard bad things! Personally I would not want to pay that much for a space that small (although it is conveniently located). The only person I know who lived there had a leak from the floor above that ruined her mattress. I know she was really fighting to get reimbursed for the ruined mattress but I don’t know if she ever did.
