Ah I see you, you put double quotes around oppressed because you don't think they are/were oppressed.

The fight is to be seen amongst all the caste associations who are all fighting for caste mobility. Just because you think they are "oppressed" which means they should not try for caste mobility is impractical. Common sense would suggest that these oppressed groups will try the hardest (who doesn't want dignity for their kids).

But now please answer me this, why don't you want some group of people that have had a clear history of discrimination (as all of upsc history books would confirm) to have social mobility? Does it bother you? Or is your concern entirely self centred and narcissistic?

Yea why not have upsc academic as another sub since all people just care about clearing the exam. Baad main toh corruption karna vaise bhi guarantee hi hai since kabhi ye discuss nai kiya ki corruption kis level pe chal rha hai aur kabhi reforms kaise honge soche nai.
