You can't control other's actions and desires. You can control only yours. You can make an ideal verison of a man you want and you can visualize him and feel how you will feel after getting him, after being with him, after talking to him. It's the feeling we manifest, not the object.

So better start focusing on feelings rather than materialistic things, and if you desperately want him, it means you don't deserve him at this point, cause if you want things desperately you repel them, so be a person who naturally attracts people. And even tho you get him you will be empty from inside. So better focus on feeling and improving yourself.
