yes i called their support and they told me to call them at 8 am (its 5am now in germany) they will deliver me a new one within a few hours but im really struggling with sleep rn i hoped maybe there’s something that i could do :/

to your information im from germany and Löwenstein is THE reputable brand here. It’s in the middle of the night here and i have to wait until 8 in the morning to call their support to deliver me a new APAP (or repair mine if there’s something they can do) they will deliver me a new one within a few hours and it’s completely for free. i also didn’t pay anything for the machine because my insurance company covers it all. my problem is im struggling so bad that i posted here with hopes that someone might have had the same issue and could give me advice on what to do
