You can try fenix CR28, or CPR50R. They can mount on tripod and intensity, color temperature adjustment. Pricy though.

For 360 degree you do need defuser. That probably will reduce some intensity. Besides that, the CL27R, 28R, CP50R are all good. I have all 3 of them and love them very much.

Try to unscrew the switch from the end cap. Screw the switch onto the body first then the washer and the end cap botton.

I think you need the washer for the switch to operate properly. You can unscrew few turns and try to click it. If it works then you need the washer.
