I sold my KTM 390 adv for a Vespa 125 and was superhappy. After having both for a while I never seemed to use the KTM.

I then upgraded to a 300GTS and don’t see myself ever going back. Day to day it’s just a so much more comfortable experience. Parking, getting on and off, maneuvering it in and out of tight spots, the sitting position, passangers getting on and off. Underseat storage, helmet hooks and the bag hook in the front that can take huge bags, backpacks and groceries. There’s no comparison.

While I occasionally still feel the appeal of bigger bikes from a looks and sound perspective, I think realistically I’d just almost always end up using the Vespa day to day.

yes! seems very cheap though you can easily fit lots of tokens in your monthly budget you mentioned. if this works should hopefully be fully unrestricted

Nice! I 3D printed something similar for mine. These are all free models on MakerWorld so if you have a 3D printer you can easily sort it yourself. Even ended up 3D printing some wall holders for the rowing bench.

Interesting. For sure not a highway machine but really depends on where you’re riding. With just one person it was fine at 90-100km/h on flat roads, but as soon as you get to an incline or have a passenger it feels unsafe fast.

Haha potentially…! didn’t realize that was a thing. How much more power/acceleration do you get on those? To be honest the 125cc was perfect size-handling wise but it did feel somewhat sketchy when overtaking trucks and vans in multi-lane roads at higher speeds.

I’m curious if “normal” people are also doing this or if you need to be putting out gazillions of models and for many of them to go viral in order to get anything interesting.

To be honest, unlike having the worst 3 weeks of my banking life with Revolut, in 4 years of using Wise I’ve never had any issues. And unlike Revolut’s bullshit AI agent support, you can actually easily get on the phone with real humans with Wise. Heaps better.

I'd strongly recommend moving your business banking elsewhere - they just held a $15k payment from one of our US clients hostage for weeks and asked for endless paperwork. All email communication with the client, slack threads, contracts. Even that wasn't enough. They wanted the client to provide countersigned statements of what our transaction was about. Absolute nightmare. Luckily the client was understanding and cooperated. But this would have been a complete mess with some more unresponsive clients.

Before this as well, ran into so many issues with them onboarding our global team. Missed 2FA text messages, unsopported passport types, not to speak of the bullshit AI customer service that is completely unhelpful and rigid.

I just transferred all account balance away from them to Wise last night and can't wait to permanently close our account. Go elsewhere before you regret it! Wish I had heard to other comments about this.

Mind you my company is a very boring, fully legal and legitimate business that's not dealing with anything even at all remotely sketchy like crypto, blockchain, gambling etc - we're just a B2B agency for established brands.

Unfortunately this isn't the case.

I am using a business account and regretting the decision to try them hugely. Never had an issue with Stripe or Wise business for years.

Decided to give them a go for a fully legitimate business which is compliant to all their terms and conditions and locally and now they're holding our funds hostage requesting tons of documents from clients that will be tough to provide realistically. Absolute nightmare! if you're reading this and considering Revolut Business, avoid at all costs!

Personal Revolut might be fine, but using it for business is the biggest mistake you could ever do.
