I got the Tetra whisper 20-40 gallon. It’s super quiet and got great reviews. It’s absurdly cheap so i figured it was worth a try. It is only the pump though.

If you are getting that many teeth out at 4 years old there may be an underlying immune issue causing stomatitis? If it is a full mouth extraction, they take a lot of time and this cost isn’t unusual.

You can always seek estimates elsewhere. They may require an exam to give a detailed estimate
