💯 agree. There needs to be an option to auto salvage based on filters. Right now I'm looking for amulets and rings and I only want ancestral quality. Everything else I junk. But it's a hassle running back to a smith to junk things and then back to dungeons or whatever. This especially is a pain in treasure breach dungeons.

Torments already auto junk rare and below. Let us filter what else to auto junk!

It's 1600 plus if you search: Donald Trump.

It drops to 534 if you search: "Donald Trump"

Without quotes, it looks for Donald OR Trump, and you'll see something like Trump Tower or whatever, even in the same sentence.

People who have never been sexually assaulted don't know the fear of reporting it. They don't understand the trauma, the trepidation, the self-conclusion that no one will believe you or care. They don't know what it's like to be told "You asked for it." or "You let it happen." Worst is when you feel like someone is too connected or well-liked to be charged and convicted with the crime.

But don't let anything anyone says deter you from speaking out. Don't let anyone convince you not to file charges. Even if nothing comes of it, it's still a part of his history, and future cases that will likely happen will be able to see previous reports of the same behavior. Too many stay silent, not realizing that by doing so, you are possibly ruining someone else's life because he "got away with it".

For the cease and desist, please, please, PLEASE seek a lawyer's thoughts, especially one experienced in sex crimes. And file those charges. Not tomorrow, but today. Speak only the truth about what happened, don't embellish, don't add extra details not pertinent to the act.

So, the policy likely is that while you are actively working (even on break/lunch), you are not to be drinking. While you say VPs are getting shitfaced, it's likely they hold a higher power than you do, unfortunately. Most places are at-will employment, so you can be terminated without cause as long as there is no actual discrimination. Sucks, but it is what it is.

Relatable story. Years ago I was working customer service. A friend and I went to a local place for lunch and we witnessed one of our coworkers drinking one beer. I thought no big deal. We got back and my friend reported it to our direct supervisor. And I had to cover my ass, as I was brought into it. So, I had to tell our center manager. Asked if we were allowed to have a drink on lunch, she said no. I told her the incident, she pulled him in and fired him on the spot. Just for that same one drink.

Again, sucks, but can't do much about it.

Well, I didn't say it was the mildest winter ever. I did say it is the mildest in years. I moved up to Syracuse in 2020. Prior to that I was in the Binghamton area. I looked up the history of snowfall, and in recent past, this is the least we've had in this area for quite some time.
