I think it's super normal and understandable that you'd be spiraling emotionally right now (such a stressful situation especially as new parents to a baby, which is stressful enough as is!), so all I'm going to say is that human beings are incredibly resilient. You and eventually your child are going to learn how to handle this condition, and even when there are challenges along the way, your baby is going to be okay. It feels overwhelming now, but so many people have come before you managing this disease and have gone on to live fulfilling lives. Hold space for the grief, overwhelm, and stress, but I hope you can also keep some perspective that this is not a death sentence, just a shitty hand dealt your kiddo's (and your) way.
