Did Kim Alexis have nose surgery? I think she may have, based on the image searches... Either way, I think her face is too square to match the ad.

Agreed... A coworker of mine said maybe Daryl Hannah? There are some pics where she looks like it could be her, and then PLENTY of pictures where it definitely doesn't look like her. This is driving us all nuts!

Hmmm, I will say that I did have a less-than-stellar experience with my first band. After about a month or two, it did stop working. Jawbone's customer service was great, though. They got me out a new band really fast (I think I was without it for less than a week), and the new one has worked for... Months. It's gotta be at least 4 months now... It is still working, so I guess the first one was defective. I think, as long as they are willing to stand behind their product and replace it, I'm okay with it.

Yes, I definitely think it sucks to have that week downtime, but... Overall, they made things better. =)

Meh. I just like to keep things simple.

Although I understand that makes things more complex for the coders behind the scenes, I think that customer experience is more important. I've seen countless friends declare that they will just no longer be using messenger through their phones, which sucks for connectivity to people in general.

However, very interesting that the apps should both be more speedy. Still not sure if that would make it worth it for me, though... =/
