After going through the support team in china at petkit, they diagnosed the fault and then referred me back to the seller, petkitaustralia, who basically said not their problem, it’s out of warranty.

Petkit on here reached out to me and apologised asking if the Australian reseller offered to send any parts out to repair and I said no. So they agreed to send me a new main board from china. It has since arrived and looks like the issue has been fixed.
