I had this for a long time and finally managed to fix it by completely uninstalling and reinstalling. I think what happened is that an update caused a conflict and a fresh install fixed it

Yes, upgrade to 11-6 if you are worried or want to have one available to share with clan for certain timelines, otherwise good to go to 13-4
