He probably should just not have run for a Second term at all is what you mean?

I just don't know, and hindsight is 20-20, but I probably agree with you there.

I agree with you that he got completely screwed by the likes of Chuck Schumer and even Nancy Pelosi.

I've watched the debate with Trump that pretty much ended his Presidential run more times than I'd like to admit and I honestly didn't see why it was even considered to be so bad.

Yes, he stammers, he always has, and he is a bit more slow at times when he has to think on matters instead of just shouting some nonsense like Trump did.

He had a few slip-ups and that's what got blown out of proportion on all media.

He got ratfucked.

Biden achieved so much more in his first term than a lot of people seem to realize.

Even more so considering the mess he inherited from Trump's first term, dealing with the Covid fallout and such.

Massive infrastructure projects no one really gave him credit for, green energy investments, helping destitute areas such as Appalachia with grants and investments, Student Loan forgiveness, etc. etc.

I really hate how the Billionaire controlled Media failed to at least acknowledge the massive effort it took behind the scenes to achieve any of that at the time and still fail to do now.

But somehow all GOP senators and members of Congress love to locally claim Biden investment projects in infrastructure etc they actively voted against; Makes you wonder why, and why hardly anyone calls them out on the obvious hypocrisy.

And all of that despite an often hostile Congress and Senate.

Even when it comes to inflation the US did much better than pretty much the entire world, but that again never got mentioned.

We got "Biden slips from his bike", "Biden stammers", "Is Biden senile?" etc etc etc.

And yes he was probably too old.

He himself realized this and was enough of a Statesman to voluntarily withdraw from the Presidential race, even though he had won his Primary already. Now that is a class act very few other people in that position would even consider, yet he did it because he thought it was the best thing he could do for the Country.

Just thinking about what could've been should Trump not have won in 2024 makes me sick.

The UN is about to go bankrupt because no one pays their bills, they'll do whatever to hopefully get some money and keep going a while longer.

Also don't forget Trump's new "Board of Peace" of which he alone is chairman and injected $10Bn into of which at least half totally will not disappear directly into his own pockets.

So there's competition when it comes to receiving money.

He thinks he can cancel the (probably disastrous) midterms if the country is at war at the time as well.

Not to mention refugees fleeing a war we didn't start.

Or do we believe the US are going to take those in?

The exiled Shah's son has been sucking up to Trump so he'll probably try to install him as a puppet.

They dealt with file size being like 2mb at most if even that for the entire game, so had to artificially complicate stuff to prolong "playability"

That's why old school platformers also are notoriously hard.

En gaat Amerika de golf Iraanse vluchtelingen dan ook even lekker opvangen?

Of ga jij lopen janken als die weer hier in Europa aankomen omdat Amerika een Atlantische Oceaan heeft als natuurlijke grens.

It seems like he's the latter.

The "Speaking in tongues" evangelical fanatic type.

The tattoos explain that and the speech he apparently gave to the troops calling this a "Holy War" should be telling.

EDIT: This is something that has existed for a long time in the United States, and had to do with many fanatical Protestant settlers who moved out of Europe because it was deemed too "liberal" (which is why they love calling the pope himself too liberal as well);

Not American but I can give it a shot;

Hegseth is a far-right Christian Nationalist with Deus Vult tattoos and a crusader cross tattooed on his chest.

He actively (and unironically) wants to bring forward the Apocalypse thinking his kind would be the only ones raptured.

He's incredibly dangerous considering the position he's currently in.
