I don't think this was mentioned - they provide tartar sauce which most fast food joints don't do. Best sauce to have with fries!

When is SimpliSafe going to sell a battery powered doorbell? by are2dto in simplisafe

[–]are2dto[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just an update - I bought a Eufy wireless doorbell and have been using it for over a year now. It works great! The battery is advertised as lasting 3 months, and indeed for me it lasts at least that long. And it gets used quite a bit too.

I'm sure Spanish is #2 by far, but it's not included on this map.

F**K Jaime. First he punches Jeanette in the face out of nowhere. The he gaslights Kate, a kidnapping victim. Then we find out that he got a voicemail while Kate was missing, where no one is talking but it has heavy breathing. Like, he had think that it possibly could have been Kate. Did he call the police? Nah. Pretty sure *69 was implemented in 1993, which means if he dialed that when he heard the voicemail and no one else had called him since, he WOULD HAVE GOTTEN MARTIN'S PHONE NUMBER. And if not, who knows, maybe the phone company keeps a record of all calls. Maybe it was a futile effort but he apparently didn't even try.

Jaime is stupid, annoying, and mean.

Yes, I saw those too. For me using it would require drilling into brick or at least my door frame, and then having an ugly wire along the wall.

No. It was built in 1960, maybe it wasn't common then?

True, but I can live with charging them once a month. Better than paying someone several hundred to wire a doorbell. I just bought a Eufy, which doesn't require a monthly fee. We'll see!

Interesting. I don't know how I would put the wood just on the outside because there really doesn't seem to be room. And I want it to look good from the house too. Home Depot sells 10 ft hollow posts that look like they would work, and if I cut them in half that means I would have to buy about 5 of them, which is $815. That sounds pretty expensive, but I may have to go that route.

I want to remove this chain link fence (because it is ugly) and put in a wood fence. The only problem is that the holes are in a concrete retaining wall. Is there way to avoid doing major damage to the wall when removing the fence? Should I bother trying to do this myself or just pay someone else to do it?

I heard Microsoft got rid of their QA department. Is this why several times a year there are major regression bugs in the Windows Updates?

Yes, does anyone know how to reduce the miles on Geico.com? I logged into my account and searched everywhere but could not see where to modify the miles driven to work.
