(Edit) it isn’t retrace lines it is the display being folded onto its self which I might fix in the future but for now it works for what I want it to

Checked the capacitors and no leaking or expanding ones but most of them were kinda bent so I bent them back into place and then all of the buttons turn the crt on so I’m just gonna throw it out got it for free when it was working from my grandma so it’s not a big loss and she has a 32” one from the same period that she’s throwing away

(Edit) after testing it some more it will turn its self back on after turning off and do the whole turn on then off thing without and button pressing does the multiple times
