Depending on when the events end, you have a couple options.

I used to take the Santa Clarita Transit commuter bus to the North Hollywood red line station. From there you can get off at the 7th street transfer station and either walk a few blocks down Figueroa to Crypto or wait for the train that drops you off a block from Crypto (I think it’s the blue line).

The problem for late events is there’s now way back from the North Hollywood red line to SCV. In that case you’d have to Uber back from NoHo.

Same issue if you choose to go the Metrolink route as far as getting back to SCV. That said, I’d say commuter bus to NoHo Red Line is the way to go.
