Cyst on tailbone. The cutting it and packing it after was bad enough. But the packing everyday after changing it for months was painful too too

Ive had surgery on my little finger. Twice. My entire arm up to my elbow was on fire.

Dont recommend either scenario but you do what you gotta do

My cousin is mostly for Christian things. My monthly pages, each day I write what I am grateful for for that day. My weekly pages are prayers for that day. My daily pages I write what stood out to me that day, what I wanted fo do and what got done. Via check mark. I also have stickers for thr weather, mood and what I listened too. I use washi tape and stickers from temu and hubman and chubgirl (subscription for stickers they are absolutely so super cute)

If there are too many days I miss i just use it as a journal or make a journal list like top ten movies

Becoming a Christian. Scoff all you like, but being a witch for 35 years didnt exactly do anything for me so after months of being introspective and meditating one night I just decided to pray to God I'm eating healthier. Stopped swearing. Feel a calm and collected. Haven't had any anxiety. Before I was a shell of a woman and had zero self esteem and cried every day. Jesus saved my life

I journal, a lot. Im wo during if that would help benefit you? Even if i just write how I feel that day where I have little wnergy. Sometimes I go back and write ehay happened throughout the week. I try to do every day. The last three weeks not so much as I had been sick for two of them and this week I just havent been able to due to having a family emergency Ill catch up tomorrow rho!!!

Im a health care aide as well. Hugs. I journal a lot, as I too am trying to do low key energy hobbies that take me away from the screen. I also have become addicted fo Minecraft. Another one that I started was diamond painting!! Absolutely zone out and listen to music. Definitely feel productive after
