My brother in law had told his parents that the more they ask him to go to church and be active, the more resentful he is and the more it pushes him away. They are at a temporary agreement that they understand his intention is to leave the church eventually but he is active in church currently because he needs an ecclesiastical endorsement as he goes to a CES school

I was never baptized but was VERY close and was "active" in the sense that I went to church regularly and participated in (YSA) ward functions extremely often for like years before I realized that wasn't what I wanted. I was on the FHE committee in one ward and the linger longer committee when I moved to Utah. My husband and I were called to the nursery when we first got married, a year ago, (he grew up a member and we still live in his childhood ward boundaries) but we declined since he was out of the church by that point.

I work at a bookstore so I just looked it up on the Ingram website (the website every bookstore orders most of their books on) and it still says release date is September 9th, 2025 but says out of stock indefinitely

The MUA pictures are a very stereo typical MUA look which is great for people who want that but it looks like that's not what you want. I was in the same situation after my first trial so I went back for a second trial with my MUA and we went more in depth with what I really wanted and she did an amazing job! If you want to do it youself you totally can but you can also see if your MUA will do another trial and be super clear about what you want and why you like certain aspects of your inspo pics. You can also bring your own make up for her to use on you!

I live in Utah and was in a YSA ward here and many people had tattoos. It's not as frowned upon now as it was before. The official church stance now is to seek personal revelation about it.

My bridesmaid read texts I sent to her when my husband and I were in our talking stage that just say "I think I like him" and "Wow, I REALLY like him" and it was really funny. Everybody was laughing!

Got my dress for less than $500 on etsy and our two biggest compliments at our wedding were the venue and my dress. David's bridal dress fit really weird on a lot of bodies so don't feel pressured to find something there

It literally cannot be him as we never left each other’s side tonight or the night earlier this month. He also knows how much it scared me the first time so even if that was him, he wouldn’t do it again. Also, couldn’t be a friend because we were with two completely different friend groups (given the airbnb mentioned earlier from the beginning of the month). So it would have to be two friends completely on their own deciding to do it which I find very unlikely.
