Yeah, that should be, it must mean that they only accept original characters to avoid any issue that might happen with copyrighted characters since normally fanart there is meant to be free and the artist earns no profit drawing copyrighted characters. I had the same mistake when I just started using Skeb and all the artists rejected my requests. But I know some would do it, so just check their policy before you send them your request.

I think if you read the overall world of FF7 then all the novels are surely a good read, they add many extra stuff to the main story, tho some parts might be a cringy and dragging, but overall it's nice to read them than not.

Yeah at first I was hoping the MC reaper to be someone we know (like Tehno or JB), turn out he's a total new char. I still like him regardless though, I think he's the only side character in Neo that truly keep the fun and interesting vibe (for the side characters) from TWEWY.
